Services
In the order the work happens.
Seven services across offshore investment, succession and international property. They are listed in the sequence we actually work through them, not alphabetically — settle how wealth is held before deciding what to own.

01
Settle the structure
Before anything is bought
Estate Planning & Trust Formation
Offshore trusts and foundations, wills and powers of attorney coordinated across jurisdictions so they do not contradict each other, and succession mapped so an estate is not settled under four sets of rules at once. We design the structure; the lawyers in each jurisdiction draft it. We are not a law firm.
IncludesDiscretionary trusts·Private foundations·Cross-border wills·Succession mapping·Sub-trust structures
Estate planning & trusts →Pension Planning
For most internationally mobile clients the pension is a top-three asset that nobody has looked at in a decade. We establish what exists, what it costs to run, what it is actually invested in, and whether the currency it pays in matches where you intend to live.
IncludesFrozen scheme review·Consolidation·Transfer value analysis·Currency matching·Death benefits
Pension planning →Life Insurance
Cover sized as liquidity, so an estate is not forced into a sale to settle a liability that falls due before the assets can be realised. Subject to underwriting, premiums being maintained and a claim being admitted.
IncludesJumbo cover·Estate liquidity·Key person·Trust-held policies

02
Put capital to work
Once the structure holds
Investment Consultancy
We provide offshore investment and financial planning consultancy to private clients and to the qualified intermediaries who bring us theirs. The work starts from the jurisdiction you report in and the currency your liabilities sit in. Capital is at risk: values fall as well as rise, and income is not guaranteed.
IncludesPortfolio construction·Risk profiling·Financial planning·Intermediary support
Investment consultancy →Offshore Investments
Access to third-party investment platforms, regulated in their own jurisdictions, holding multi-currency portfolios, fixed income and structured notes. Structured notes are complex instruments whose outcome depends on the issuer and on terms we go through line by line before anything is committed.
IncludesMulti-currency portfolios·Fixed income·Structured notes·UCITS & ETFs·Private equity placements
Offshore investments →International Corporate & Private Banking
Account opening and banking relationships for clients and companies operating across several jurisdictions. We work on the documentation, on presenting source of wealth clearly, and on matching the requirement to institutions that actually service it — and we tell you early if the banking step is going to fail, because that is the step that usually does.
IncludesCorporate & private accounts·Multi-jurisdiction structures·Source-of-wealth preparation·Relationship management
International banking →
03
Acquire the asset
Last, and deliberately so
International Real Estate
Residential and commercial acquisition in seven markets, bought direct from the developers we hold channel agreements with rather than off a listings portal. The developer pays us on a completed purchase, and we will tell you what that arrangement is on any property we show you.
IncludesDirect developer channel·Title verification·Residency routes where a market offers one·Resale and exit planning
International property →Start here
Tell us what you are trying to do.
Not which service you think you need. A few lines about where the assets are, where you live and what you want to happen next is a faster route to a useful answer.
Capital FinServ International is not a law firm, a licensed tax adviser or a bank. We design structures and bring in the regulated professionals who constitute, draft and license them. Capital is at risk on investment products; values fall as well as rise and income is not guaranteed. Nothing on this page is a personal recommendation.
